In view of the traditional multi-objective optimization of process parameters is difficult to choose，this paper adopts the NSGA Ⅱ to solve the problem of supplier selection，for enterprises to choose suppliers to provide a set of effective decision scheme. Specific methods are as follows: first，set up to maximize quality and after-sales service to maximize，minimize the price and time minimizing your goal，to aggregate demand，supply， procurement strategy，procurement for supplier selection model of constraint condition. Second，vendor selection model will use the NSGA Ⅱ to solve it. Finally，compare the NSGA Ⅱ with weighted summation method experiment. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional method of weighting for legitimate，the NSGA Ⅱ don＇t need to introduce weights or constraint conditions，so as to avoid the manual intervention，need only an operation can be close to the targets at the same time can get a set of Pareto solutions，the better choice for supplier selection.
