Supplier evaluation is significant for enterprise’s development． Nevertheless，as different enterpriseshave various restrictions such as target，technology，management and so on． Firstly，in accordance with the need ofenterprises according to their actual need，the paper put forward a supplier evaluation index system which uses fourdimensions of products，organization，information，environment to judge the case of supplier evaluation． And thenset up a model which uses the evidential reasoning approach to address the practical issues． Finally，verify theevaluation model’s validity and rationality through the numerical example application of an enterprise．
