This article first analyzes the present situation of the recycling of e-waste domestically and overseasand discusses the difficulty which Media corp． encountered in the construction of recycling mode． Then this articleconstructs a recycling model dominated by retailers with system dynamics method based on a closed-loop supplychain and a manufacturer’s incentive strategy is introduced． The simulation results show that there is an increase inthe sales rate and market share of electronic products in the recycling model dominated by retailers compared withthe traditional supply chain． An obvious increase in the efficiency of the recycling of e-waste is revealed through theadjustment of the manufacturer’s incentive strategy．
