Interchangeable structure of the fibrous separator wasformed by lithium ethylenevinyl alcohol copolymer sulfate (EVOH-SO3Li) modifiedpolyethylene glycol dimethacrylate (PEGDMA) using highvoltage electrostaticspinning technology. The mechanical properties
microstructure
absorbency andporosity
shrinkage rate
mechanical properties and thermal properties (TG andDSC) were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the fiber ofEVOH-SO3Li/PEGDMA separator composite was smooth with uniform thickness and nonbead structure. Compared with the EVOH-SO3Li separator
the separator compositewith the EVOH-SO3Li / PEGDMA mass ratio of 100/40 has the best overallperformance with the porosity and liquid absorption of 60% and 258%respectively. The shrinkage and tensile strength of the separatorcomposite has increased—1.42 and 5.2MPa respectively. The thermaldecomposition performance of the modified PEGDMA separator was almostunchanged
and the initial thermal decomposition temperature was 270℃.
