迁移体是近年来发现的一种由迁移细胞产生的膜性细胞器,其形成依赖于细胞迁移过程中整合素-细胞外基质锚定触发的细胞骨架重组与膜张力变化。该结构形成于回缩纤维末端或分叉处,直径约0.5~3.0 μm,内含多种生物活性分子及小囊泡,在胚胎发育、物质运输、线粒体质量控制等生理病理过程中发挥关键作用。论文综述了迁移体的形成机制、生物学功能及其在疾病中的作用,并探讨了该领域未来可能的研究方向。
Migrasomes are membranous organelles discovered in recent years, produced by migrating cells. Their formation depends on cytoskeletal reorganization and changes in membrane tension triggered by integrins and extracellular matrix during cell migration, and they are mainly distributed at the ends or branching points of retraction fibers. The migrasome is a vesicular structure with a diameter of approximately 0.5-3.0 μm, containing numerous small vesicles and a variety of biologically active molecules. Migrasomes play critical roles in diverse physiological and pathological contexts, including embryonic development, substance transport, mitochondrial quality control, and coagulation regulation. In this review, we summarize the molecular mechanisms of migrasomes formation, their biological functions and roles in diseases, and discuss possible future research directions in this field.
