a HV_PMOS was used to isolate the power and operating power of the reference circuit.The high-precision profits from the Double Close-loop Feedback circuit.And then

electrical characteristics of this circuit were verified in the Spectre simulator under the Cadence environment.The output voltage is 5 V

the range of its power supply is 9~30 V

the temperature coefficient is 5.688×10/℃ within-20~125℃

the start time is 6.369 s

the range of load current is 0~40 mA.
