摘要

选取戊二醛为交联剂对壳聚糖进行改性研究

采用溶液浇铸法制备壳聚糖膜

采用傅立叶红外光谱仪和扫描电镜对改性薄膜进行表征

进一步测定改性膜的溶胀性

探索其最佳成膜工艺条件及交联剂用量.结果表明

壳聚糖和戊二醛反应生成交联结构

改善膜的溶胀度.

Abstract

In this paper Chitosan is modified by glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent.Then Chitosan films are prepared by solution casting method.The modified films are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.And film swelling were determined.The effects of film-forming process and the cross-linking agent on films are studied.The results show that Chitosan films modified by glutaraldehyde have cross-linked structure

and the degree of film swelling has improved.
