摘要

根据锅炉加热器进、出口压力降之间的关系

建立了其流量分配的非线性数学模型.该模型的经验参数较少

具有较高的计算精确度

并且可以求出加热器工质流量.此方法克服了目前常用的动力锅炉壁温计算方法中校核点工质流量与热负荷并不一定互相对应的缺点.针对330MW机组塔式燃煤直流锅炉过热器改造方案

利用提出的方法计算了100%与50%锅炉运行负荷下危险部位的壁温

结果表明

所有校核点的壁温都小于管材最高允许温度

计算方法是可行的.

Abstract

A nonlinear mathematical model is developed to determine the flow rate distribution in the interface of boiler heater by depending on the relation of pressure drop.Compared with the flow calculation model presently used by boiler manufactures

the proposed one introduces fewer experience parameters

which may result in higher accuracy.Flow rate in each tube can be obtained as well.This method avoids the non-correspondence between the flow rate and heat flux
